The Own Documentation Module allows for the generation of customizable mail-merged documents, which are usually letters of correspondence posted off to guardians, other schools and external organizations affiliated with the school. Information is pulled directly from the database by means of the field tree.

Own documents

An own document is a document that is designed by the user. Tools are provided and recommended. Templates exist and can be changed for a more personal touch.

The default document loads and it is changed in MS Word. Manage documents in the documents folder for easy access.

Document creator

Once the document is ready it can be printed from within MS Word or from TS School itself.
