The Documentation Module allows for the generation of mail-merged documents, which are usually letters of correspondence posted off to guardians, other schools and external organizations affiliated with the school.

Prescribed documents are located in the documents module. The example document (here) is an envelope that is addressed to selected contacts.

Display document

Through a quick selection process the base document can be displayed prior to printing.

Preview document

The prescribed document (this being an envelope) is displayed in an MS Word document which is easily tweaked here prior to printing.
